One of East Bridge’s long time clients in the education industry has locations throughout Canada. At the time, East Bridge only provides services int he US and Mexico. At the end of 2016, East Bridge began discussions with a Canadian lender about a partnership to provide consumer financing programs in Canada. That relationship was solidified by the end of the year and East Bridge began marketing services to Canadian merchants in January or 2017.
The program is a credit card based lending product and will approve sub-prime to prime credit.
East Bridge currently operates consumer financing solutions through the US and Mexico brands including Simple Patient Finance, Variant Financial, and HighLite Loans.
